Hello there Reader.

 

I went home to spend the weekend a couple of weeks ago and invited a few friends over to share a few beers and roll some dice. I still haven’t gotten around to understanding how the new Eldar Codex works (and to be honest I don’t know where it is), so I just sat down to watch two Space Marine armies blowing each other to smithereens as Valter’s Black Templars tackled Ton’s Blood Angels.

 

I should say that watching their game unfold was a very good reminder of how Wargames are meant to be played: On a table with beautiful terrain and painted armies!

Another quick post today letting my readers know we have published a new episode of the “Papo de Mesa Podcast”, the Brazilian podcast about wargames, board games miniature painting and collecting and other “nerdy” topics.

 

This week’s episode is about Role Playing Games (RPGs) a hobby some of us were really keen on in the past and which served as a trampoline into the wargaming hobby (and that I’m looking forward to revisit with some friends soon, but I’ll talk more about that later).
